Capitals win with return of JSB!

The Capitals have been without their leader and inside man JSB for the season to date. That all changed this week with his return. Making his way back from a short stint in the minors with the Capitals farm team, the Wichita Witches. JSB put up great numbers, scoring 11 goals and 6 assists in just 4 games, and was even voted “SEXIEST WITCH” at the teams Halloween party.

JSB assisted on the first goal of the season, and then went eerily quiet for the rest of the night. Regardless, the Capitals took a 5-2 convincing victory against the Oilers. Chris Fimis scored 2 goals while Chad Accursi scored and got a helper. while Benny Wang turned away 46 shots for the win. Kyle Kenno, and Elias Stefou also chipped in with a goal a piece.
For the Oilers, John Erik Matiasso and Chris Marchese each scored once in the loss.
The Capitals next game is at home while they entertain the Canucks, at 8:30pm on Monday, November 3 while the Oilers hit the road and visit the North Stars for a much awaited first encounter that has some people talking that this could just be a preview to the PHN Championship game this year!
