The PHN would like to congratulate the Capitals on their fine season, culminating in a TOILET BOWL CHAMPIONSHIP!!!  For those that are unaware, the TOILET BOWL is awarded to the team who sucks the most!  The Capitals had a horrible season, only winning one game (against the Flames who beat them in the TOILET BOWL Championship ironically).  In the finals, it was an epic disaster, that was only fitting for the Capitals.  Up 3-1 with 1:08 to go in the game, it looked as if the Capitals would get their second win of the season, and second win against the Flames.  What would happen next will go down in history as just pathetic.  Two goals later, the Flames tie the game and send it to a shootout.  In the shootout, it was none other than Peter Tsang, a Capital killer, who hit the back of net to give the win to the Flames, and the TOILET BOWL Championship to the Capitals!
