That’s right boys the PHN has got it going on.
Twenty years ago Snoop Dog released “Drop it like it’s hot” and twenty years ago is when the PHN started with its first season at the Vaughan Sports Village.
Of course we have always known hockey is cool but two decades after the Pan was founded even Snoop knows it’s the coolest game on the planet.
Look at him here talking hockey slang, and here dropping the biscuit like it’s hot.
Now Snoop Dog wants you to know that thanks to shrewd negotiations by the PHNPA President Mel Dawg, the PHN is returning to the village for an incredible anniversary season of hot hockey action.
And we are holding the price at last summer’s level!
For one week summer ’24 registration priority goes to guys playing right now in the 23-24 winter season.
If roster spots remain open at the end of next week, the PHN will open up registration to its full membership list and to rookies on April 13th 2024. So sign up and pay the fee to get your spot!

4 Teams – (Caps, Nords, Whalers, Seals)
11 skaters & 1 tendie per team
12 Weeks of sizzling hockey action (including playoffs)
Plus and exciting live broadcast of the PHN Draft (date TBD)

IMPORTANT: Health Policy for the Summer 2024 PHN Season
The PHN works hard to provide a safe environment for its members both on and off the ice. While SARS COV-2 (COVID 19) public health measures have been dropped, the PHN is continuing to do its best to maintain a safe environment for its members and recognize the PHN members that did whatever it took to play hockey these past few years.
- Vaccine Policy:
We are continuing to only accept players who have been fully vaccinated (2 doses min). As proof of vaccination, the PHN will only accept the Smart Health Card QR Code issued by the Provincial Government of Ontario as proof of vaccination. 100% of players from the past 2023 Summer season provided the Smart Health Card QR Code . However, if you did not play in the Summer 2023 or Winter 2023/24 Season, players must provide a screen shot or PDF of this code to complete their registration. If you played in the 2023 Summer or Winter 2023/34 Season, we have your code on file and you do not need to provide it again.
- Updated Safety Measures:
Team captains will keep their teams up to date on Covid protocols throughout the season. If conditions change, the league may implement additional safety protocols or procedures as the season progresses. To date we have NOT had an outbreak tied to the league, and that SUCCESS comes in part from guys looking out for each other ON and OFF the ice! Let’s keep this going boys.
- Return to Play Policy:
If you are sick, please respect your fellow PHN’ers and don’t come to the rink. If you have tested positive for Covid, players are asked not to return to the rink until they are symptom free. Again, please respect the health and safety of your fellow PHN members and their families.
NOTE: Our schedule and format may need to be adjusted if pandemic safety measures such as limits on indoor gatherings are reimplemented by Public Health.
HOW TO REGISTER:
Step 1: Fill out the attached Facility waiver. Sign it, scan it, and send it back to: Morgan@impactmachine.com
Step 2: Provide your proof of vaccination (QR Code version only) by screen shot to Morgan@impactmachine.com
(skip this step if you have played in the PHN since COVID and have provided this to us previously)
Step 3: E-transfer $495.00 CAD to: Morgan@impactmachine.com PASSWORD For the e-transfer must be: hockey
Step 4: You will receive a confirmation e-mail from the league acknowledging the receipt of your waiver, QR code, and league fees. Your official registration will be confirmed before April 26th, and your money will be returned if we cannot accommodate you.
Step 5: Watch the Draft which will be live streamed on the PHN website to find out what organization drafted you.
Guys 2004 was also a big year for Beyonce, the Black Eyed Peas, Britney Speers, Blink 182, Hoobastank, Interpol, Maroon 5, Nickelback and Usher.
