Fun facts about the Seals summer championship!
Want to know how the Seals repeated? Find out here!
So lots of PHN fans have been wondering what is in the secret fish sauce that keeps the Seals winning?
Well these fun facts explain it all!
The Doc Factor
Mid way through the season Seals picked up Doc J in a parity trade.

Doc J had already won 5 championships in a row.
Five.
Including the prior season with the Seals when he didn’t show up for the final!
He didn’t even phone it in either, showing up zoom.
“If it’s in the history books it counts,” said Doc.
Now he has six in a row.
In essence, the Doc is the GOAT when it comes to consecutive titles.
Rookies on the rise
The Seals dressed three rookies, Nicky, Connor and Alex.

We know the first two are flash and dash.
But the key player in the trio was Alex, who had the sass.
“We only won when he was in uniform” said Captain Dom.
PHN Scribe has not confirmed those stats, but there is another stat that is interesting.
They won the league without 2-5 one the ice!
Pasta?
Asked what his secret is to the summer’s win, Captain Joe did hint at some controversy though.
“Egg noodles,” he said “lots of protein in them.”
Not sure how that is gonna fly in the Italian community, compared to standard wheat noodles.
But who can argue with the combination of Dom’s old school slow motion ….
and Joe’s new school fuel injection carb loading?

Porn
Adult Film Star Alfie joined the team mid season, also on parity trade.
Apparently, he turned the whole team on to a porn mindfulness practice.

It’s like horny yoga.
You do by yourself.
While listening to Enya.
And watching soft core.
It worked and Alfie came out on top.
Tsanger’s shame
Embarrassed by losing to the Seals in the winter, and being cut by the Whalers, Tsanger was super motivated to win.

And he did win.
But he could not take the trophy home.
Because he came to the game in a Smart Car.
We are not making this up.
The cup did not fit in his ride.
So his shame continues!
Toilet Bowl triumph
In other news, the Caps won the Toilet Bowl, with Captain Moe repeating this dubious honour!
Congrats to the half of the team that showed up for the game!
