GONCALVES BUILT PHN TOUGH!

While many may question Goncalves’ ability to dangle, the one thing you can’t deny this kid is toughness! In a playoff game last night, Goncalves separated his shoulder, in gruesome style.  Going in for the puck, he awkwardly bumped into the opposing player, causing his shoulder to pop out.  Not one to ever back down from anything, Goncalves got off the ice, and calmly sat there awaiting medical attention.

Cue the PHN paramedics, who arrived quickly, only to look at him and pronounce, “Yep, you popped it out kid, that is going to HURT!”

Below is a report from the Godfather, who was in attendance at the hospital:

“He refused any and all drugs as he did not want to put a strain on the hospital. He got up from his bed and without the doctors permission popped his own shoulder back into place.  According to the residing emergency room doctor, Dr. Kovacs, it was one of the most courageous and dumbest things he had ever seen all at the same time!”
