Moe Elakash embracing bigger role with North Stars!!!

Moe is back with a vengeance in his second stint with the North Stars.  

Upper management and Coach/Captains Ashton & Matiasso have noticed a significant change this time round…

He has the face of determination and focus you only see on the faces of legends of the PHN.  Legends like Mustangs Captain Meldawg Marello who has been an invaluable playoff performer for the past decade or Kory “Tha Piana” Livingstone who has mastered the “korean spincruncher spin”.  Meldawg says it takes years to develop the look, and boldly stated “MoMania is coming…  Ive put a few gators to sleep with my nine iron, but Ill tell you what:  When I head to battle around the crease, and that bearded beauty looks my way, my knees get a little weaker.”

Moe is proud to be back on the green machine and making most of a second chance.  Even away from the rink where he is the Assistant Store Manager of Home Depot in Brampton, his co-workers have noticed a change in attitude and a new swagger in his step.  “Picture Prince and Swayze strutting down the aisles looking like a boss” said a co-worker who wished to remain anonymous.

But the man himself remains humble even with his new leadership role as the North Stars Lock guy.  The North Stars lost their 5th lock….  this time stolen and not damaged with excessive amounts of lube.  “When I spoke with the Capitano’s, I assured them no one would F*$k with the lock while I am the NSLG.  I also made a promise if something were to happen to the lock that I would repay them by getting a brazillian wax.”

Moe has a reputation as as being a man of his word.  “He is hairy… Not Turbo hairy but substantially hairy so he really laid it all on the line when he made that promise” Said North Stars Co-Captain John Eric Matiasso, and who also  believes Moe will follow through on his word.  “Ive been playing in the PHN with Moe for a couple years now, and can tell you that if you say to Moe – ‘put the body in the maaarsh’: He WILL put the body in the maaarsh’.

Needless to say, the PHN is digging “The Moe”.
