PENALTY MINUTES – WARNING

Unfortunately there has been a sharp rise in the penalty minutes this season among several players.  This is to serve as a notice and reminder that you are given 30 minutes in penalties before you are automatically suspended 1 game.  Upon your return, your count is set to ZERO and you are given 12 minutes before you are suspended for the remainder of the season and playoffs.  A player may petition to be reinstated for the playoffs, but must do so to the team Captains, explaining why they have reached so many minutes, and why they are not a risk to offend again.  A simple majority rules vote decides (the player’s Captain is ineligible to vote, so 5 teams are voting).  This will be voted on by your peers.
