PHN Nation the 2024-2025 Winter season is almost upon us.

Like seriously it starts in four weeks.

Here are the basics:

1. 4 Teams: (Caps, Nords, Whalers, Seals)
2. 11 skaters per team & 1 puck stop
3. 24 Weeks of sizzling hockey action (including playoffs)
4. PHN Opening Night: September 30, 2024
5. PHN Winter Championship: April 7th (The Warrior championship boat cruise TBD)
6. Winter Holiday Exclusions: October 14^th, December 23^th, December 30^th , March 10
7. Game times: 9pm and 10pm
8. Cost: $975.00/CAD (Taxes in)

TOTAL COST: $975.00 (including HST) 

For now the PHN will continue as a two rink operation and thanks to Mel Dawg, the President of the PHNPA keeping up with our contacts and contracts we’re returning Westwood, a well maintained, classic rink that has additional amenities that are going to add to the overall PHN experience (bar on site, pro shop, skate sharpening, etc…)!

Guys here’s an important roster update – there are only 44 spots this winter, not 48 like last year.

That’s right PHN nation has spoken and the PA has heard you!

We have decided to drop the number of skaters per team to 11 per team this winter (same as the summer).

There is a limited exclusive registration window for summer players.  

2024-2025 Winter registration priority will given to those members who played in the 2024 Summer Season.

Should roster spots remain open next week, the PHN will open up registration to its full membership list on Wednesday September 11^th 2024. Your spot will only be confirmed once you have completed the full registration process below.

Please note that once again we are doing a manual registration as we did this past summer: There is NO LINK on the website.

IMPORTANT: Health Policy for the 2024-2025 PHN Season

The PHN works hard to provide a safe environment for its members both on and off the ice.

While Public Health measures have been dropped related to COVID -19/SARS COV-2, the PHN is continuing to do its best to maintain a safe environment for its members and recognize the PHN members that did whatever it took to play hockey these past few years.

1. Vaccine Policy:

We are continuing to only accept players who have been fully vaccinated (2 doses min). As proof of vaccination, the PHN will only accept the Smart Health Card QR Code issued by the Provincial Government of Ontario as proof of vaccination. 100% of players from the past 2023-24 Winter and 2024 Summer seasons provided the Smart Health Card QR Code . However, if you did not play in the 2024-25 Winter or 2024 Summer season, players must provide a screen shot or PDF of this code to complete their registration. If you played in the 2023-24 Winter or 2024 Summer season, we have your code on file and you do not need to provide it again.

2. Updated Safety Measures:

Team captains will keep their teams up to date on Covid protocols throughout the season. If conditions change, the Pro Hockey Network reserves the right to implement any additional safety protocols or procedures as the season progresses to comply with ay updated Provincial health and safety requirements.

3. Return to Play Policy:

If you are sick, please respect your fellow PHN’ers and don’t come to the rink. If you have tested positive for Covid, players are asked not to return to the rink until they are symptom free. Again, please respect the health and safety of your fellow PHN members and their families.

NOTE: Our schedule and format may need to be adjusted if pandemic safety measures such as limits on indoor gatherings are reimplemented by Public Health.

HOW TO REGISTER:

Step 1: Fill out the attached Facility waiver. Sign it, scan it, and send it back to: Morgan@impactmachine.com

Step 2 (skip this step if you have played in the PHN since COVID and have provided this to us previously): Provide your proof of vaccination (QR Code version only) by screen shot. to Morgan@impactmachine.com

Step 3: E-transfer $975.00 CAD to: Morgan@impactmachine.com  PASSWORD For the e-transfer must be: hockey

Step 4: You will receive a confirmation e-mail from the league acknowledging the receipt of your waiver, QR code, and league fees.  Your official registration will be confirmed before October 2nd , and your money will be returned if we cannot accommodate you.

Step 5: Watch the Draft which will be live streamed on the PHN website to find out what organization drafted you.
